Roger Cohen is a partner whose practice is concentrated in business and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. He assists public and private client company management with financing and other growth transactions, recapitalizations, workouts, and other restructurings. Roger also advises clients on questions of corporate governance, and works with individuals on various financial planning matters. During 2005-2008, Roger lived and worked in London as an officer of a substantial telecommunications company leading its efforts for the development and funding of broadband cable networks in over twenty countries throughout the world.
