Damon Boyd's practice is concentrated in intellectual property law, with experience relating to all aspects of intellectual property, including identifying, protecting, enforcing and maximizing the value of our clients' intellectual property. In this regard, he has experience in patent and trademark prosecution, licensing, intellectual property litigation, and intellectual property driven business transactions. Damon enforces and defends clients' trademark rights before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in various federal and state courts. He also has experience representing businesses in domain name disputes, internet issues, and social media matters.
Damon has technical experience in consumer products, biotechnology and medical devices, mechanical and eletromechanical arts, semiconductor manufacturing, mining technology, and software and systems. His representative clients range from individual inventors and emerging businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Damon regularly presents and teaches on various intellectual property topics and has authored numerous articles on intellectual property issues.
