Jeff Beck's practice is concentrated in business and finance, with a focus on SEC reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, bond and credit financing transactions, and corporate governance and securities law compliance. He assists public and private companies in raising capital through high yield bond transactions, secured and unsecured credit facilities, and common and preferred stock issuances. Prior to attending law school, Jeff was a senior audit manager at KPMG LLP in Phoenix, Arizona, and audited some of the largest public companies in Arizona.
