Tim O'Neill's national litigation practice focuses on complex business litigation and product liability tort litigation, particularly regional and national "pattern" litigation. He represents major corporate defendants as regional and national trial counsel with extensive jury trial experience in numerous federal and state courts around the country.
Tim is the Administrative Partner of Snell & Wilmer's Denver office, and a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
