Shane Capps' practice is concentrated in developing intellectual property and technology protection, counseling and licensing. His practice includes prosecuting foreign and domestic patents and trademarks, evaluating patentability, performing infringement analysis, asserting rights, and implementing creative strategies to maximize value of intellectual property assets. Shane has a strong background in industry and applies that technical experience to areas such as biomedical devices, power systems, electromechanical devices, mining systems, and business method and computer-implemented processes in the financial industry.
