Sarah Jezairian's practice is concentrated in commercial litigation, with an emphasis on insurance coverage and defense, financial services litigation, tort and contract liability, construction litigation and appellate matters.
Sarah’s practice includes the representation of insurance companies ranging from small specialized insurers to major national insurance companies. She has represented these clients in litigation matters involving claims for insurance bad faith, breach of contract and negligence. Sarah also routinely reviews complex claims for coverage issues and provides coverage opinions. She has also represented national and local banks, credit card issuers and mortgage lenders in matters involving loan commitments, foreclosures, business torts and breach of contract issues. Sarah has represented developers and construction companies on breach of contract and professional negligence matters. She represents clients in immigration matters on a pro bono basis. Sarah has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, from the initiation of litigation through arbitration/trial and appeal.

- Obtained summary judgment in favor of a real estate developer and investor on a claim for breach of purchase contract. Successfully argued and defended the appeal before the Arizona Court of Appeals.
- Successfully defended national environmental engineering firm against professional negligence claim, obtaining a complete defense verdict at trial.
- Successfully defended local credit union against claims ranging from breach of contract to common law fraud arising out of the sale of a package of sub-prime loans, obtaining a complete defense verdict at trial.
