Prescott Pohl joined Snell & Wilmer as an experienced associate in 2005, and is a partner in our Private Client Services practice group. His practice is concentrated in taxation, trust and estate matters, with an emphasis in estate, gift and income taxation, domestic and international estate planning (including asset protection), private foundations and related controversies.

Prescott's practice encompasses a variety of legal issues concerning individuals, families and tax-exempt organizations including the ownership, management and succession of closely held businesses, premarital and property agreements, business transactions, Will contests, foreign bank account reporting and other private client issues.

Prescott has had experience advising on the income tax aspects of transactions, and representing individuals in tax litigaiton related to tax shelters.
