Michael Thomas is an associate in Snell & Wilmer’s Salt Lake City office. As a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group, he focuses on matters involving contract disputes, as well as professional liability and product liability.  Michael advocates on behalf of real estate developers, insurers, lenders, creditors, manufacturers, technology developers, subcontractors, and a host of other business clients at every stage of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, pre-trial motions, trial preparation and appeals. His experience touches a broad range of industries, such as construction, real estate, e-commerce, and financial services.
