Melissa Sallee's practice is concentrated in general corporate and securities law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities regulatory compliance, public and private offerings, and commercial agreements. Her practice also includes the representation of athletes in contract negotiations and other personal business ventures.
