Marshall Horowitz's practice focuses on advising both U.S. and international clients on a broad range of transactional matters. He serves as primary outside counsel to a variety of companies and entrepreneurs. Marshall also has extensive experience in the formation and ongoing representation of private equity funds.
Marshall's clients span many industries, including entertainment and sports, computer software, real estate development, hospitality, and apparel. He is a frequent speaker at conferences on investing in China and has extensive experience working with counsel from the People's Republic of China to the Cayman Islands, and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and French.
