Marjorie A. Witter practices intellectual property litigation, with a focus on patent litigation. She has experience with patent infringement matters in various fields, including secure systems design, internet postage technology, network monitoring systems, cryptography, fiber optic filters, mechanical engineering and biotechnology. Marjorie also handles cases involving trademark infringement, unfair competition and misappropriation of trade secrets.
