Lulu Chiu’s practice is concentrated in business and finance where she advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private placements and venture capital financings, securities offerings, and securities law compliance. In addition, she has experience in entity formation and corporate governance, as well as a variety of general corporate matters.

Lulu’s practice also encompasses franchising, including advising both domestic and international clients on the establishment of new franchise systems and regulatory compliance.
