Lawrence Brown represents clients in a broad range of finance, real estate, and business transactions. He advises clients in connection with credit facilities, financings, acquisitions and sales, loan restructurings, enforcement actions, joint ventures, and development projects. Lawrence's commercial real estate development experience includes entity formation, land acquisition, joint venture agreements, easements and CC&Rs, construction and permanent financing, and leasing. He also advises owners, lenders, and distressed debt purchasers in connection with restructurings and forbearances related to both single assets and property portfolios.
