Lane Molen's practice is concentrated in commercial litigation, involving a host of land use, real estate, collection, natural resources and financial services issues.  He has advocated for his clients at every level, including before city and county councils, regulatory/administrative bodies, in mediation and arbitration proceedings, in state and federal courts, and on appeal.

  • Represented numerous clients in real estate and land use disputes, involving a variety of issues including zoning, easement, foreclosure, condemnation, title policy coverage and HOA disputes

Natural Resources & Water Law

  • Represented client interests in natural resources and water rights at all levels of litigation, including defending mining companies in state and federal regulatory compliance disputes and defending individual holders of water rights in trial courts and on appeal

Financial Services

  • Defended various lending institutions in state and federal courts against a variety of consumer-based claims based on state and federal statutory schemes
