Kristine Waddell’s practice is centered on intellectual property counseling and implementation of creative strategies to protect, defend, enforce, and derive value from intellectual property assets, including patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets.

As a registered patent attorney, Kristine works in all facets of intellectual property law including patent and trademark prosecution (U.S. and foreign), intellectual property litigation, and intellectual property driven business transactions.

Kristine’s scientific and technical experience is primarily concentrated in organic and analytical chemistry, with experience in pharmaceuticals, process and mining, and environmental chemistry.
