Kevin Jackson's practice is concentrated in employment litigation and counseling. His litigation experience has involved a wide range of employment-related disputes, in both state and federal court, including defending against individual claims for harassment, discrimination and retaliation, defending wage-and-hour class actions and representative actions under the California Private Attorneys General Act, and enforcing arbitration agreements. Kevin advises clients on a myriad of issues facing employers, drafts employment agreements and policies, and provides ongoing counseling to assist clients in understanding and complying with the complex web of employment regulations at the local, state and national level.
