Julie Maurer is a civil trial attorney and litigator with extensive experience in bench and jury trials as well as public and private-operated arbitrations.

Julie’s commercial litigation practice includes all types of business disputes, including breach of contract and insurance coverage matters. She recently represented an international client in a jury trial with claims in excess of $100 million. Julie also defends all areas of tort liability claims, including toxic tort and wrongful death claims. She was a trial attorney of a multi-million dollar toxic tort case named as one of 2007’s most significant defense verdicts in Arizona.

Julie’s transportation practice extends to all areas of carriage, including representing carriers, brokers and intermediaries, handling freight loss and damage claims as well as ensuring the collection of tariff and transportation charges.

Julie has successfully arbitrated numerous labor disputes throughout the country arising out of collective bargaining agreements, including contract interpretation and employee discipline and termination matters.
