Joe Kiefer's practice covers a wide range of matters and disciplines, including extensive trial, litigation, regulatory and third-party neutral experience. In litigation, he has represented large and small clients as a national and lead trial counsel in product liability, commercial, contract, tort and criminal matters. Joe has also lectured and instructed extensively at national conferences and trial advocacy programs and has authored several trial practice articles. Additionally, he has served as a third-party neutral in alternative dispute resolution proceedings and has attended over 100 hours of mediation, arbitration and facilitator training, including advanced and complex negotiation principles and techniques. Joe regularly puts these neutral skills to practice as a Lt. Col. in the United States Air Force Reserve where he serves as a trial judge in the Air Force Trial Judiciary.
