Jim Kilroy's trial, arbitration and appellate practice covers all areas of business litigation. He has a broad and varied practice with experience in corporate, securities, contract, trade secrets, business torts, intellectual property, mineral rights, construction and real estate litigation.
Jim Kilroy is experienced with state court and federal appeals, and motions for extraordinary relief with appellate courts.
Jim Kilroy has represented clients in various state courts and federal jurisdictions in a wide variety of matters, including breach of contract, trade secrets, antitrust, Uniform Commercial Code, insurance coverage, distribution and franchise issues. He has experience in securities arbitrations with the NASD, NYSE, and commercial arbitrations with the AAA.
Jim Kilroy's construction experience includes representation of owners, contractors, subcontractors, surveyors, materialmen, developers, and lenders in construction litigation and arbitration matters. He is experienced in public work projects, private projects, bid protests, delay claims, acceleration and scheduling claims, general breach of contract claims, insurance coverage, mechanics' and materialmen liens, prejudgment proceedings, and bond claim litigation.
