Jeffrey W. Shields

Jeffrey Shields represents clients in the litigation of complex disputes, with a particular emphasis in bankruptcy-related litigation, at both the trial and appellate level. He handles creditor, committee and indenture trustee representation in complex national and local bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation cases, securities litigation, investment fraud, contested administrative agency proceedings and business torts.

Jeffrey advises diverse lenders on designing and implementing policies and procedures for handling bankruptcy cases.
