Jay Wiley's practice areas focus on real estate and real estate finance, including the representation of buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants in a wide variety of real estate transactions. His practice also includes representation of developers of multi-use projects and planned communities, office, retail, industrial and distribution centers and facilities, resort, recreational and hospitality projects, and multi-family and single-family housing projects in all phases of such development, including acquisition, financing, obtaining entitlements, subdivision, preparation of CC&Rs and condominium documents, leasing, and parcel and project sales. Jay represents lenders in acquisition, development, construction, bridge and permanent loans. His clients also include contractors and architects.
