James Jones’ practice is concentrated in commercial and real estate finance, workouts, and distressed debt. He regularly advises borrowers and lenders, including national and regional banks, hedge funds, private equity groups, insurance companies, and businesses in such matters, including asset-based lending, construction lending, bridge loans, mezzanine and second lien debt, loan participations and syndications, factoring, equipment leasing, the acquisition and disposition of distressed debt, creditors’ rights, workouts, foreclosures, restructures, and reorganizations.
