- Represented a major children’s products company in patent infringement defense involving utility and design patents in federal court; successfully researched and drafted motions in limine, trial brief and discovery requests.
- Represented a leading solar panel manufacturer and several distributors/installers of solar panels in a patent infringement litigation in federal court; successfully reached a favorable settlement on behalf of our client.
Gaming
- Counsels major manufacturers and operators of gaming equipment on various state and federal regulations.
- Consults and advises financial stakeholders and publicly traded corporations on pending state and federal legislation related to gaming and sports betting.
