Greg Carpenter's practice is concentrated in finance. He has extensive experience representing national and regional financial institutions in structuring, negotiating, and documenting secured and unsecured transactions throughout the country ranging in size from $1 million to several hundred million dollars. Greg's practice focuses on asset-based and real estate financing transactions, including acquisition and development loans, construction loans, bridge loans, mezzanine loans, participating/contingent interest loans, multi-property revolving credit facilities, tenant-in-common credit facilities, working capital lines of credit, equipment lines of credit, syndications, participations, and other intercreditor transactions. Greg also regularly assists lenders in restructuring distressed loans, workouts, foreclosures, and other related matters.
Greg's experience includes financing a wide variety of real estate assets, including residential developments, affordable housing and redevelopment projects, residential and commercial condominium projects, office and industrial buildings, retail centers, golf courses, sports facilities and hotels.
