Greer Shaw is a trial attorney whose practice is concentrated in patent litigation. He has litigated patent infringement matters involving a wide variety of technologies, including telecommunications, water treatment, cable connectors, internet postage, network monitoring, transportation devices, medical devices and therapies, portable digital audio devices, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, chip packaging, flooring products and data storage, among others.

Greer has also represented companies in various other complex commercial litigation matters, including cases involving trademark infringement, unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, breaches of contract and business torts. He has represented individuals and major corporate clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as before the International Trade Commission.
