Greer Shaw is a trial attorney specializing in patent litigation.  He has litigated patent infringement matters involving a wide variety of technologies, including internet postage systems and methods, network monitoring methods, transportation devices, medical devices and therapies, portable digital audio devices, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, chip packaging technologies, flooring products and data storage devices, among others.

Greer has also represented companies in various other complex commercial litigation matters, including cases involving trademark infringement, unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, breaches of contract and business torts.  He has represented individuals and major corporate clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as before the International Trade Commission.
