Frank Cronin is a trial attorney, specializing in labor and employment cases. He has conducted over 50 trials in state and federal courts in ten states. Frank's litigation practice focuses on wrongful discharge, EEO, sexual harassment, wage-hour, employment contract, unfair competition, trade secrets, and related employment claims. He has experience in executive compensation and contract negotiation, representing senior managers in drafting and negotiating employment and compensation agreements, and resolving disputes related thereto. Frank utilizes alternate dispute resolution, representing employers in mediation, arbitration and other pre-suit techniques. He counsels clients on personnel administration, preventive labor relations and maintaining union-free status. Frank represents clients in administrative agency hearings before the NLRB, EEOC, DFEH, OFCCP, DLSE, INS, U.S. Department of Labor, EED, WCAB, and others in administrative enforcement matters involving employment issues. He trains and teaches managers, executives, and attorneys in effective preventive labor relations skills, EEO compliance requirements, avoidance of sexual harassment issues, and related topics. Frank has been a speaker and trainer to over 120 groups and seminar audiences.
