David Williams assists clients with employment matters and advises employers in all aspects of the employment relationship, including personnel administration and human resources, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, employment contracts, OSHA, Worker’s Compensation, compliance with state and federal law, and representing employers before various state and federal agencies and all state and federal courts. He has represented clients in the hospitality, ski resort, food service, banking, healthcare, light industrial, law enforcement and other industries.
