Daniel Wierzba's practice focuses on commercial litigation, construction law, government contracts, and white collar criminal defense. Among the notable cases in his practice are a federal court trial resulting in a complete defense judgment in favor of general contractor client, which was subsequently affirmed on appeal by a Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals published opinion, and a trial in D.C. Superior Court involving breach of commercial lease and guarantees resulting in a multi-million dollar judgment in favor of landlord client.
