Cindy Schmidt’s practice is concentrated in commercial litigation and includes experience with general contract disputes, insurance defense, guaranty enforcement actions, receiverships, settlement negotiations and various real estate disputes involving leases, purchase and sale agreements, easements and unlawful possession. Cindy’s practice draws on her prior real estate law and business law experience concerning planned communities, title and foreclosure matters, commercial leasing, aggregate mining, re-zonings, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and business formation and governance.
