Christopher Sullivan is an experienced trial lawyer specializing in defending complex litigation in courts across the nation. His litigation experience includes defending auditors and accounting firms in civil suits and regulatory agency disciplinary actions, securities fraud, healthcare litigation, as well as defending against products liability litigation. Chris also has defended clients in connection with Securities and Exchange Commission and government inquiries, risk management and reduction, and has conducted internal investigations on behalf of management, boards of directors and special committees. He is also an experienced class action defense attorney, including nationwide class actions and/or parallel state and federal actions.
