Byron Sarhangian's practice is concentrated in real estate, environmental, energy, and finance. His practice includes retail and commercial leasing, purchase and sale transactions, real estate financing, and subdivision matters. Byron's utility work includes solar and reclaimed water agreements with large and small scale utilities. He has worked on property exchange agreements between state entities as well as a variety of zoning and permitting matters. Byron's work also includes ground leases and finance agreements on Native American lands. He has worked on a variety of transactional and litigation matters in the areas of environmental and construction law.
