Bryon Benevento's practice is concentrated in commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, and products liability defense. He currently serves as national counsel for automobile manufacturers and dialysis centers. Bryon's commercial litigation experience includes shareholder disputes, breach of contract, business torts, anti-trust, eminent domain, RLUIPA, and other complex commercial matters. His intellectual property litigation experience includes patent, trademark, trade dress, trade secrets, and copyright infringement matters. Bryon's product liability experience includes wrongful death and/or personal injury due to defective design, manufacturing defects, and/or inadequate warnings. Bryon is an experienced trial lawyer who handles cases throughout the United States. He is licensed in the states of Utah and Washington, and tried cases to jury verdict in Utah, California, Idaho and Texas. Bryon has presented extensively on a wide range of legal issues, including but not limited to legal ethics, intellectual property and civil procedure.
