Brian Furgason’s practice focuses on a broad range of corporate transactions. He has significant experience in advising both buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions (domestic and cross-border), real estate related transactions, joint ventures and general corporate matters. Brian’s clients have included both private corporations as well as private equity sponsors in a variety of industries including heavy side materials and construction, shipping, telecommunications and energy.
