Betsy Haws' practice is concentrated in commercial litigation and appellate law. Her experience spans a variety of legal areas, including civil rights, real estate, commercial, and False Claims Act litigation. Betsy is currently working with a team of lawyers on the habeas cases of several Guantanamo Bay detainees.
