Alison Tashima’s practice is concentrated in international and domestic business transactions, with an emphasis on real estate and healthcare law matters. She has experience in mergers and acquisitions, split-offs, private placements, loan financings, securities offerings and reporting compliance, lease negotiations and general contract negotiations. Alison also assists clients with commercial foreclosures and company formation, management, governance and dissolution.
