Ahron Cohen represents clients in a broad range of commercial and business litigation matters, including corporate governance, D&O liability, commercial contracts, business torts, white collar criminal defense, professional liability, labor and employment, intellectual property and political law.
Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Ahron spent time in law school and, following law school, with the Minnesota Vikings’ legal department, where he gained exposure to all legal issues facing the team. Ahron uses his in-house transactional experience with the Vikings to provide clients with pragmatic legal advice to further their business objectives.
