Nicole Ong’s practice is concentrated in real estate transactions, including retail and commercial leasing, purchase and sale transactions, and land use matters. She represents real estate investment trusts (REITs) on single and multi-tenant shopping centers on a national basis. Nicole also represents clients in real estate development on Native American lands. In addition, she has experience with liquor licensing in Arizona. While Nicole’s practice is concentrated in real estate transactions, she has also practiced in a variety of matters in the area of commercial litigation.

Nicole is a member of Snell & Wilmer’s Ethics Committee and Committee on Diversity & Inclusion.
