Blake T. Hardwick is based in Snell & Wilmer’s Phoenix office where he represents lenders and financial institutions in bankruptcy and related litigation in federal and state courts throughout Arizona. Blake’s bankruptcy practice includes representing the lending industry in consumer and commercial bankruptcy cases in front of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona. His litigation practice includes representing banks, mortgage lenders, governmental entities and financial institutions in disputes involving breach of contract, breach of guaranty, the Arizona deed of trust and trustee’s sale statutes, federal and state consumer protection statutes, common law tort and unlawful detainer proceedings.
Blake is licensed to practice before the Arizona Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona, and has successfully litigated cases in each court.
